Introduction
What is myAudi?
Audi's app, "myAudi", is an app for Audi owners. Owners can monitor and controls their vehicle remotely. They can also schedule service and manage their profile.
Falling short
However, there are two key ways in which the app falls behind competitors.
Preventing the user from getting a full feel of the app without owning an Audi
Not showing off the most interesting and attractive angles of the brand's vehicles

Direct competitors, like BMW, allow for the user to "demo" a BMW in the app from a wide list of pre-selected vehicles. In turn, this gives enthusiasts, and potential customers, the opportunity to have a heightened image of the brand.

Why demos are important
By allowing users to explore the app and brand's offerings, BMW is reaching more individuals and enthusiasts, not just current owners. This is great way to market their products and allow people who may not have been interested in a vehicle before, more likely to be future owners.
Excluding a demo is a missed opportunity for Audi.

Users can select from Audi vehicles both electric and internal combustion. They they are brought to a dedicated demo screen where they can toggle controls and see the car from an attractive angle.
Not only is it fun, but it's a great way for users and enthusiasts to feel what it's like to own an Audi.

More imagery, better angles
Other brands utilize color gradients that bring out the best of the car and showing it's vehicles from a rather aggressive side angle. This is another area where other vehicle brands' apps are superior. Therefore, I added more charming and visually inviting imagery that shows just the right angles of the cars.

Users are welcomed to the Profile screen with interesting driver statistics and more relevant information.

The redesigned log in flow feels native to the app, as opposed to the current flow that feels redirected to the browser version.
